Loan Periods, Due Dates, Renewals

NIU Faculty - 16 weeks loan period for most items

NIU Staff/Retiree - 16 week loan period for most items

Honors Undergraduate/Graduate Students - 16 week loan period for most items

Undergraduates - 4 week loan period for most items

Standard Courtesy Card (adult, yellow card) - 4 week loan period for most items


Spring 2021 Hours

Our current Summer Hours hours are:

Monday: 1pm-5pm

Tuesday: 1pm-5pm

Wednesday: 9am-1pm

Thursday: 9am-1pm

Friday: By Appointment Only

Saturday, Sunday: CLOSED


Please note: Items can continue to be picked up at Founders via the online catalog or at the Music Library during the above open hours.
