CITL (formerly known as the Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center) provides a vast array of services to support teaching and learning on campus--offering assistance with course design and online teaching. You can get individualized support, join a faculty learning community, attend a workshop, utilize helpful guides and tutorials, or take advantage of their Digital Media Studio.

Career Services helps Huskies get hired by collaborating with faculty, staff, and a number of external partners. It offers career advising, assistance with resumes and interviewing, help with setting up effective LinkedIn profiles, and provides opportunities for connecting with prospective employers through Job Fairs and the "Huskies Get Hired" portal.

NIU's Employee Assistance Program offers support for NIU faculty and staff through coaching, counseling, and training services that emphasize personal and professional improvement.
