1. CLEAN - Wash your hands often for at least 30 seconds with soap and water. Wash obvious surfaces, like phones.
2. COVER - Cover your cough. If you don't have a tissue, use your your elbos.
3. CONTAIN - Avoid others who are sick. If you are sick, stay home.
